SIDE BY SIDES

• ATV's and Side by Sides are rented at the rates disclosed above
• Trailers have  their own rental rate as disclosed above
• Standard pickup time is between 7 am - 9 am
• Standard return time is between 5 pm - 7 pm
• Helmets - are charged at a "per day" fee
• Fuel/Gas - all ATV's and side by sides will be provided full on delivery and it is the renters responsibility to re-fuel prior to return. Failure to refuel will incur a fee
• Cleaning - you are responsible for cleaning all equipment before return. Failure to do so will incur a fee
• Damage coverage is not included, however we provide a minor damage coverage package

• Valid Canadian drivers license or Government ID
• Be 21 years or older
• Major credit card

Calgary ATV Rentals provides a variety of options:

1. Our standard drop off location is the Road King Truck stop at - 4949 Barlow Trail SE, Calgary, AB T2B 3B5 
2. Anywhere inside the Calgary City limits for a fee
3. Anywhere outside the Calgary City limits, such as a public use land zone (i.e. Mclean creek or Ghost Lake) - Please note that drop off outside the city limits is charged at $2.00/km and we deliver a maximum of 200 kms from the Calgary city limits

Towing our trailers requires a 2 and/or 3 ATV trailer (2,000lbs. capable). Most SUV's and trucks will tow this weight without an issue. We will work with you during the booking process to identify the proper towing requirements if required

• The ATV's and/or Side by Sides will be secured on one of our trailers and we may transfer onto your vehicle or trailer if you are not renting our trailer
• We will do a full walk around, damage checklist and video and/or pictures documenting of the  equipment being rented
• Provide you with all the operating instructions to operate the equipment safely

The Rental agreement, booking details & waivers will get sent to you through our online booking platform. The items included are:

• Rental contract
• Equipment rental list
• Waivers & acknowledgements

Our booking platform will only charge you the Rental Fee

One of our Ride Coordinators will reach out to you within 48 hours and will obtain the damage deposit funds. We can make arrangements to collect these closer to your rental date (min. 5 business days prior)

Small Rentals - 2 pieces or equipment or less

• Once your rental is confirmed we require a minimum of 7 business days to cancel.
• If cancelled within the 7 business days from ride day, you will be charged a a 25% cancellation fee.
• If cancelled within 3 business days from ride day, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel the day (24 hrs) before your ride day then you forfeit the full payment.

Larger Rentals - Corporate & 3 pieces of equipment and more

•  Once your rental is confirmed we require a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel the equipment.
